I want to emphasize how important ALL of my clients mean to me, along with the integrity of their hair. I wish to accomplish your hair goals/dreams! I highly recommend consultations, especially for new clients. REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS/SERVICES ARE NOT ALLOWED. However, I want you to be IN LOVE with the entire experience and hair. If there’s a chance you’re unsatisfied with the results of your hair, notify 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩 within 7 days of your appointment. We can communicate about the situation, resulting in an adjustment to your hair if necessary or possible. ANY HARM caused to the client’s hair due to misleading/lack of information provided by the client, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩 is NOT responsible. There is a 50% cancellation fee for ANY no-show or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
